The following supplemental Rules & Regulations were adopted by the Board of Directors in
accordance with Article X, Section 25 of the Fourth Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Lakes of Laguna during properly noticed Board meetings as listed below. Â These rules & regulations may be modified, in whole or in part, at any time without the necessity of recording an amendment in the public records. Please attach them to your documents. |
